Dear Parents,
Thank you for responding so quickly in getting your preferred conference times back to me by last Friday. I have made up the schedules and will be sending you a confirmation on your times. If you will need to reschedule, please call the office.
Because of all you using the red Target card, we received a $200 check from Target. Thanks for your support. We will use that $200 to purchase prizes for our Accelerated Reading prize cabinet. Once a quarter, the students who acquire points from reading AR books and passing the comprehension test get to get a prize from the cabinet. Our goal is to inspire more reading.
It has been two weeks since the Oktoberfest, and we are still waiting for all the bills before giving an account of our totals. We should have everything by next week.
Friday is our individual school picture day. The students may have free dress or come in uniform for the picture and change into free dress clothes they bring with them. Class pictures are taken in uniform in the spring.
Keep saving those soup labels, cans and box tops.
Have a great week, and remember to pray as a family.
Ms. Volker
