Dear Parents,
It's hard to believe that Spring Break is already here. Don't forget that we dismiss school at 12:00 on Friday to begin Spring Break and return to school on Tuesday, March 25th. Our traditional Kindergarten Stations of the Cross will be on Thursday at 2:15 in the church. The Primary Spelling Bee will be on Friday morning. After the Spelling Bee, the Student Council will have an Easter egg hunt for each class.
Our March tuition deadline falls during Spring Break. If possible, please try to pay this week. If not, the only day you can pay tuition without a late fee is March 25th, the first day we return after the break.
If you order items from our online shopping through April 15th, we will receive an extra 10% cash back from our normal 60% to 70%. Head for the shopping mall !!
If you are getting out to spring planting, doing spring cleaning, or doing any remodeling, don't forget to use our Scrip cards. Get your neighbors and relatives involved also.
Have a great break, and remember to pray as a family.
Ms. Volker

SIMS LIBRARY EVENTS
Making Blue Jean Pillows
TEENS, ages 13 - 18, will be making Blue Jean Pillows at Sims tomorrow, Wednesday, March 12, from 4:00 - 5:00 p.m. Each teen needs to bring an old pair of blue jeans for this fun craft project. The legs and pockets will be used, and the library will provide the other materials to create your own special pillow. The project will require two sessions to complete, so be sure to plan your return on Wednesday, March 26 to finish your pillow. Snacks will be provided.
JUNIOR TEENS, ages 11 - 12, will also be making the Blue Jean Pillows in their own special sessions beginning Wednesday, March 19th from 4:00 to 5:00 and completing Wednesday, April 2nd from 4:00 to 5:00.
TEEN MOVIE SATURDAY AT SIMS
The movie this month will be from 2:30 - 4:15 p.m. in the library's meeting room. It stars Emma Roberts, Tate Donovan, Josh Flitter and Leigh Cook. Nancy Drew travels to Los Angeles with her father and stumbles upon evidence about the long-unsolved death of a glamorous movie star. Watch this movie on the big screen, and enjoy popcorn and cokes with your friends.
