Dear Parents,..
It's hard to believe that this is the last newsletter for April, and May is just two days away. Where did it all go??
Thursday will be our May Crowning of Flowers for our Blessed Mother Mary. We will process into the church and present our flowers to the statue of Mary, and then proceed to the pews. The students are asked to bring a flower or flowers to present to Mary. May is the month in the church to celebrate Mary, the mother of Jesus. Come join us if you can.
Thus far, we have a total of 50 families not turning in even one sold ticket for the Dream Vacation. Hopefully, by Friday of this week we will be deluged with sold ticket money. It takes all of us to help out.
We want to congratulate some of our girls who participated in the Waxahachie Soccer Tournament this past weekend. The following girls of the Strikers team defeated Red Oak for 1st Place: Juliana J., Mica M., Annie C., Irene P. and Courtney M. Our under-10 girls on the Lady Stingers team who took 3rd Place are: Lexi W., Belle P. and Madison T. -- Way to go, girls!
Progress reports came out today. These are the last ones before the final report card. Please continue to push your darlings to do their best.
Hope to see many of you at the Dream Vacation.
Remember to take time to pray as a family.
