Arrival and Dismissal

Important Notice:

There will be no walk-up at dismissal.
For the safety and security of our teachers and students, all families must use the carline during pickup. Walk-ups are not permitted.

Arrival Procedures

  • Morning supervision begins at 7:00 AM. Students may not arrive before this time, as there is no staff on duty prior to 7:00 AM.

  • Upon arrival, students go directly to the cafeteria and remain there until 7:40 AM, when they are dismissed to their classrooms.

Drop-Off Route:

  • All cars enter from Marvin Avenue through the parking lot next to the large church.

  • Vehicles proceed to the right and curve toward the school entrance for curbside drop-off.

  • After drop-off, continue around and exit back onto Marvin Avenue by the chapel.

  • The parking area behind the chapel and rectory is closed for morning drop-off.

Entering the Building:

  • Parents may enter the building if needed, but please be mindful of our Safe Environment standards.

  • Mornings are a time for students to transition independently into the school day. Teachers are busy supervising students and preparing for class, so impromptu meetings are discouraged.

  • We kindly ask that you email or send a quick note for morning questions so teachers can address them without distractions.

Tardy Policy:

  • Students arriving after 7:50 AM must be walked into the office and signed in by a parent.

Dismissal Procedures

Indoor Dismissal Route:

  • All vehicles enter from the large church parking lot and begin forming a carline at 3:10 PM.

  • A cone will mark the front of the line; all other vehicles may line up behind.

Carline Process:

  • Faculty will operate four pick-up stations near the school entrance.

  • Students are called from their classrooms and escorted to their cars.

  • Once your child is safely in the vehicle, please pull into a nearby parking space before buckling them in.

  • Do not block the through lane, as this delays others exiting the line.

Important Reminder:

  • Bring your blue name placard so teachers can quickly identify and call your student.
