Middle School (6-8)

Middle School at SJCS is a time of transformation, academically, spiritually, and personally. With a dynamic curriculum and intentional leadership development, our students are prepared not just for high school, but for life.

Core classes challenge them to think critically and communicate clearly, while electives encourage self-discovery and responsibility. Through service hours, daily prayer, and real leadership opportunities, students deepen their Catholic identity and sense of purpose.

What They’ll Experience:

  • Core Academics: Literature, Grammar & Writing, Pre-Algebra & Algebra I, Science Labs, and History

  • Faith Formation: Daily prayer, weekly Mass, theology classes, and grade-level retreats

  • Leadership Roles: Student Council, House Captains, Mass readers, altar serving, and more

  • 8th Grade Capstone: A culminating project focused on service, faith, and personal reflection

Across all grade levels, students participate in specials that ignite creativity, spark curiosity, and build confidence. These experiences are integrated into the school day and grow in depth throughout Middle School.
