The SJCS PTA

Working together in faith, friendship, and service to enrich student life and build school community.

The SJCS PTA isn’t just a volunteer group; it’s a ministry of service and connection.

Our school is special because of the parents who show up, serve generously, and build meaningful relationships along the way. Whether you’re new to SJCS or have been here for years, we welcome your time, your ideas, and your support. There are many ways to get involved, and every role matters.

Why It Matters

The PTA plays a vital role in supporting the mission of St. Joseph Catholic School. Through acts of service, stewardship, and celebration, we create opportunities for students, faculty, and families to thrive together. Whether it’s hosting a welcome-back Glow Party or showing up with a hot meal for teachers, our efforts reflect the heart of our Catholic community: faith in action.

The PTA has given me the chance to build friendships, grow in faith, and be part of my child’s school experience in a deeply meaningful way.

  • Treasurer – Manage the PTA budget, track expenses, and ensure funds are used wisely.

  • Room Parent & New Family Coordinators – Support classroom liaisons and help welcome new families.

  • Volunteer Coordinators – Organize committees, match parents with opportunities, and lead major events like Casino Night and Glow Party.

  • Communications & Marketing – Ensure families stay informed through newsletters and event promotions.

  • Spirit Wear & Uniform Chair, Teacher Appreciation, and Extracurriculars – Lead specific initiatives that support student life and school culture.
