Ready to Volunteer? Start Here.

Thank you for helping us create a safe, faith-filled, and vibrant school community.

Every SJCS volunteer must complete Safe Environment training through the Diocese of Dallas. We’ve made it easy to follow the steps and log your hours.

St. Joseph Catholic School thrives because of incredible volunteers like you. Whether you're helping in the classroom, organizing events, or chaperoning a field trip, your involvement matters. To ensure the safety of all students, all volunteers must complete Safe Environment training as required by the Diocese of Dallas.

Diocese of Dallas Safe Environment Program

As part of the Diocese of Dallas, SJCS follows the Safe Environment Program to protect the spiritual, emotional, and physical well-being of all students and vulnerable individuals. All volunteers must complete the following steps before serving on campus:

  • Complete a background screening

  • Attend a Safe Environment training session (initial or renewal)

  • Review and sign the necessary documents
