  • To keep it easy to remember, dress days follow a monthly rhythm:

    • 1st Thursday – Free Dress Day

    • 2nd & 4th Thursdays – Spirit Shirt Days

    • 3rd Thursday – House Shirt Day

    • 5th Thursday (if there is one) – House Shirt Day

    Be sure to check the weekly emails and school calendar for any changes or special exceptions!

  • Student lunches are ordered through the FACTS Family Portal.

    1. Log in to the FACTS Family Portal using your district code (SJW-TX), username, and password.

    2. From the menu, select Student > Lunch.

    3. Click Create Web Order.

    4. Select your student, choose the dates, and enter the quantity for each lunch item.

    5. Click Submit Order and complete your online payment.

    Please note: Your lunch order is not complete until payment has been successfully submitted.

  • Yes! All parents must be Safe Environment certified to volunteer on campus, attend field trips, or help with class parties. This policy ensures a safe and secure environment for our students.

  • You can begin the process through this link. It includes an online course and background check. Certification must be renewed annually.

  • We love parent involvement! From major events like the Glow Party and Casino Night to classroom support and committee work, there are plenty of ways to help. Visit our Volunteer Opportunities section to see what’s coming up and how to get involved.

  • The Principal sends a school-wide email every Friday with important updates for the week ahead. Room Parents follow up with class-specific emails each Sunday, and many teachers send home weekly folders with printed updates. Be sure to check both your email and your child’s folder regularly.

    You can also follow us on social media for reminders, highlights, and a peek into campus life!

  • Yes! All students participate in both the Christmas and Spring programs. Each grade level has a special role, and details will be shared closer to the performance dates.

  • Grades, attendance, report cards, tuition information, and other student records are available through the FACTS Family Portal
